THERE'S nothing worse than spending a week in the sun only to be told the best club ever was night under your nose and you missed it.

With clubbers everywhere preparing to head for the ultimate party island, Club Culture has compiled the ultimate guide to Ibiza thanks to the people who have got to know it the best....

Club Culture's own Mark Freejack spent four months in Ibiza.

Here's his advice on the best places to go..

DON'T ignore the people with the flyers. People sometimes treat them like they are a lower life form. Don't. I've been one and they can save you a fortune.

Clubbing in Ibiza can be expensive and those flyers, which can offer discount to a club by drinking in a certain bar first. They are like the pre-club pub deals you get here.

If going full on you can blow £200 a night so it pays to be nice to the flyer people.

So where to go and on what days?

1. Es Paradis: Unmissable and it has everything inside. It is always packed so if you are going here, get there early. Tuesdays are the most famous, for the water party.

2 Eden: Legendary for the foam parties.

Judgment Sundays with Judge Jules is one of the best nights they do. Tonic is also good on Thursdays, with Tony Blackburn in the backroom. Retro with Paul Taylor is a big one on Wednesdays.

3. Privilege: Home to the legendary Manumission.

Mondays for Manumission. It isn't outrageous as it used to be, but with its upfront soundtrack it has everything from a half pipe to jugglers to abseilers to sword swallowers to keep people amused. Xtravaganza on a Friday with Alex Gold is good with hard trance.

4. Amnesia: The one I will always remember! A wall-sized graphic equaliser may not sound impressive but along with everything else, and the dry ice cannons they have the patent for it is unforgettable, as is the terrace. Renaissance on a Tuesday is a legend, and on Thursday Cream comes here with DJs like Paul Van Dyk, Tall Paul. The foam parties are wild and the terrace is legendary.

5. Pacha: its rooftop terrace is great for a cool breeze.

Good nights to check out include Release Yourself on Monday with Roger Sanchez, Perfecto with Paul Oakenfold on Tuesday.

They have other great nights like Subliminal Sessions for House on Wednesday, and Ministry of Sound on a Friday is a must-do.

6. Space: Simply a must

Everyone from Peter Tong to Felix Da Housecat to Sander Kleinenberg play here on a Sunday.

7. El Divino: This is where the rich and famous hang out.

This is where the car park is strictly for Ferraris and is expensive and selective about who goes in. And it is easy to blow £200 in here. It is an experience you won't forget.

On a Monday it hosts 4:4, promoted by Feel man Tim Pearson and on Sundays check out Soul Heaven.

And what about after hours?

DC10 in San Antonio has everyone from Yousef to Jo Mills playing and KM5 is good, but pricey though. The Manumission after party at Space is famous.
