A SUMMER youth scheme aiming to keep youngsters entertained has been launched in Darwen.
At Youth Works' Summer Splash, in Anyon Street, activities include climbing, quad-biking and caving.
Tracey Scott, senior project worker, said: "The reason for these schemes being so successful is that we are doing what young people want to do and they enjoy taking part." Youth Works is part of Groundwork Trust.
