ANDREW Peter Shannon ended up fighting with three men who gatecrashed his party to celebrate the birth of his first child.
Blackburn magistrates heard that the trio had come to "teach him a lesson" but Shannon eventually got the better of them.
He was arrested because he failed to calm down when police arrived.
Shannon, 20, of Carnforth Close, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. He was given a conditional discharge for six months and ordered to pay £55 costs.
Jonathon Taylor, defending, said: "He accepts that when the police arrived he should have shown more restraint."
