REGARDING Church Street, Blackburn. No cars allowed under any circumstances!
Why close the road completely and then let some cars on it?
There will be the danger of forgetting the presence of traffic on what is supposed to be a traffic-free area.
Also what about the oil on this "wonderful" paving?
