PLANS have been submitted to Burnley Council to turn a piece of land behind numbers eight and ten Abel Street, Burnley, into to a car park.
Other applications for planning permission included a proposed extension to the caravan workshop and re-roofing of part of the building at Whitfords Caravan Centre, off Emily Street, a conservatory at 37 Westbourne Avenue, and a detached house on land behind 251 Rossendale Road.
