A PLANNING application to significantly extend a house in Garden Street is likely to be rejected by Nelson Committee at their meeting on Monday.
The proposal, for single storey extensions to the front and side to form a kitchen, bathroom, study and three bedrooms, is likely to be refused on the grounds it is excessive in size and contrary to local policy on design and quality.
