TELEPHONE company worker Tanya Robinson rang bells for the judges when she was crowned the new Miss Blackpool in a final at the Pleasure Beach. Tanya, 21, and an administration clerk, beat 15 other competitors and comes from Richmond in Yorkshire. Her duties began the day after her success when she gave a send off to soldiers from Fulwood Barracks who were on a fund-raising bed push on Blackpool Promenade to help the Children's Ward at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
