BLACKBURN Rovers star Stig Bjornebye kicked off a new £500,000 teaching centre designed to put East Lancashire at the hi-tech cutting edge.
He took time out from soccer training to see what the new technology training of the future will look like.
The Blackburn College Digital Media Centre will be based at its Centre of Excellence at Glenfield Park.
Director John Green said: "This is an exciting new development for the college. The centre is at the cutting edge of digital media technology."
Project leader Alison Chadwick said she was targeting a wide range of users, from individuals who want better holiday snaps from digital cameras to corporate clients with websites.
