SPARKLING youngsters from across the North are dancing in Burnley this weekend. The annual dance festival at Burnley Mechanics is expected to attract the most competitors to date, with organisers predicting about 800. The festival started at 9am on Friday and is set to finish at 9pm on tomorrow.
