PENDLE Citizen's Advice Bureau is launching a take-up campaign for Invalid Care Allowance for carers aged 65 and over.
In October the Governement is changing the regulation for invalid care allowance and extending the opportunity to claim for carers aged 65 or over. These people were in the past unable to claim.
