Scarborough v Leigh RMI preview by Martyn Hindley

LEIGH RMI boss Steve Waywell insists he is not worried about his team's away form ahead of tonight's Nationwide Conference clash at Scarborough.

Leigh are traditionally a side who play better away from Hilton Park, but the trend has been reversed in recent weeks as the Railwaymen have lost their last six on the road and picked up all of their 10 points at home.

"I'm not concerned and the players are still confident", enthused Waywell. "We know that we have played just as well away than at home but we haven't had the rub of the green, mainly with the referees."

Tony Black could return tonight after being dropped at the weekend, as both new boy Chris Ward and on-form Dino Maamria are struggling for full fitness.

Maamria is feeling a groin strain that has hampered him throughout the season so far, whilst Ward acquired a twisted knee during Saturday's defeat.

Defensively, RMI are also struggling, with Wayne Maden (toe injury) expected to join Dominic Ludden and Gerry Harrison on the sidelines.

The Railwaymen currently occupy the relegation zone, but victory tonight could see them elevated to the top half of the table.
