IS it possible, for once, for councillors to reconsider a decision and not close Puccino's deli-bar in King William Street, Blackburn?
Or is it beyond their pride to hold their hands up and admit they have got it wrong? Is this too drastic a step for them to contemplate -- giving the public something they want?
