A MAN has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with indecency offences involving a seven year old girl.
David Taylor, 58, of no fixed address, is charged with gross indecency with the girl and indecently assaulting her. He also faces accusations of taking indecent photographs of her and other children and possessing and distributing computer photographs of them.
The magistrates ordered that he should stand trial at Preston Crown Court and Taylor was remanded in custody until October 23 for the preparation of committal papers.
