EVER since the Second World War, all the governments of the world have not put into life the one thing missing from the UN: an international security force under the orders of the Security Council and not under that of any government.
For, if the USA and Britain go to war with Iraq on their own, the first bomb or shell to hit Iraq will blow the UN out of the water. Do they want that? Without that security force, the UN Security Council can go on making resolutions from now until doomsday. It would not do any good or make any change at all.
