A STOLEN Santa suit has put a damper on 200 gymnasts due to celebrate a Christmas presentation.
They're feeling deflated after a thief stole a bag containing a blow-up Santa suit and other festive costumes in a raid on Craig Parry's car in Bag Lane, Atherton.
Now Diane Chaters, whose daughters Charlotte, 10, and Chloe, eight, are members of Leigh Gymnastic Club, is appealing for its return: "We desperately need a blow-up Santa suit for Saturday's presentation ceremony. We have managed to replace the other items. Perhaps the thief could return it?
