THE subject of dog muck makes people's hackles rise. Mine did too when I glanced into a Leigh back yard as I passed.
I pity the poor pet that lives in such squalor. There are so many, and I mean so many, piles in the concrete yard the little thing must have no space to sit except in it .
I'm surprised neighbours have not reported the owners to the council's environmental health department.
It doesn't take much effort to clean up after a pet. After all they can't be expected to do it themselves can they?
