I WOULD like to thank PC 6259 Monk, who witnessed an accident involving my car on Oakenhurst Road, Blackburn, on January 27 while I was at work.
PC Monk, was on horseback duty, left details of the other vehicle on my windscreen.
The impact from the other vehicle left both of my car's front wheels buckled and it was undriveable.
Without PC Monk's quick-thinking, contacting my insurance company to make my claim would have been very awkward, not having the other vehicle's details. I rely on my car for work and social purposes and I was very upset.
