A 30-YEAR-OLD woman walked away from her car after it overturned at 70mph on the M65 near junction seven, at Clayton-le-Moors, early today.

She was driving home to Ashton-Under-Lyme from a visiting a friend in Burnley, when her car collided with the central reservation after skidding on black ice at 4am.

She climbed through the window of her Vauxhall Vectra and waited for fire and ambulance crews by the side of the road.

She was taken to Blackburn Royal Infirmary and treated for cuts and bruises and a suspected broken arm.
