ACCOUNTANT Danny Booth traded his calculator for the catwalk in aid of a children's charity.
Danny, aged 24, who is from Ramsbottom and works for Bury-based DTE, was among 15 young accountants who strutted their stuff in a fashion ball at the Lowry Hotel in Manchester.
The show, organised by recruitment firm HMI and the Manchester Chartered Accountants' Society, was staged to raise funds for Francis House Children's Hospice in Didsbury. Clothes were provided by Kendals.
Danny said: "Several hopefuls auditioned and were picked on the basis of looking the part and the type of clothes they wanted to model."
After the auditions, 15 accountants from across Greater Manchester attended rehearsals three times a week for three weeks.
