A DIRECTOR of a Bury motorbike shop which failed with debts estimated at more than £1 million has given an undertaking not to hold directorships or take part in company management for 10 years.
The undertaking by Simon Marcus Timothy Parry, of Basford, Stoke-on-Trent, was made over his conduct as a director of Bike Supplies International Ltd, St James Street, Bury.
