A PUBLIC meeting is being held in Bury this Saturday (March 15) to discuss the crisis over Iraq.
The Mayor of Bury, Councillor John Smith, will chair the meeting which is at the Met arts centre from 10am to noon.
Bury North MP David Chaytor will also speak, and hold a question-and-answer session.
Mr Chaytor said: "It's not a protest meeting or an anti-war rally, but a meeting for the whole town. It's important that everyone has the opportunity to express their views and engage in the debate."
