A SPECIAL meeting for artists and art lovers will be taking place at Rawtenstall Museum tomorrow.
Manchester based consultants, Pan Leisure, will present details of the five year culture strategy plan the company is currently preparing for Rossendale Council.
And people with a love for art are needed to give their opinions on the future of arts and heritage provision in the borough.
