READING your report (LET, March 4), I don't know whether to feel sorry for Mrs Christine Wilkin-Wyke or feel angry at what I consider to be the ridiculous nature of her complaint about a nurse calling her 'cock.'
It is no wonder there are more administrators in the NHS than there are nurses and doctors on the ward and surgeons in the theatres.
