ONCE again, the noisy minority pretends to be the majority voice for Darwen.
I, for one, will be very pleased to see some return for my tax contributions in the shape of the town's proposed new health centre.
The site, in my view, is ideal. There is a distinct lack of parking spaces at the current centre, unless you have a disabled badge, of course.
It is my guess that the dissenters of the scheme are not contributors to the State, as I am sure they would welcome the centre if they were paying toward it.
