BURNLEY Borough Council's Housing Needs and Strategy Unit is undergoing a Best Value Review to identify its strengths and weaknesses.
One of the main objectives is to ensure the unit provides the best possible service to the public.
The work of the HSNU in the community centres around improving privately-owned homes, finding people homes, improving housing areas and producing housing strategies.
