BURNLEY and Pendle Travel has announced changes to some services from Sunday.
The company said the changes had been brought in as a direct result of suggestions received from on-bus passenger surveys and pre-paid comment reply cards.
Commercial director Duncan Allan said: "All our services are kept under continuous review and when we make changes, we try to incorporate as many of the suggestions which have come in from our customers as we possibly can. There is no better recipe for customer satisfaction than by listening to what they say."
