ACCRINGTON Golf Club members showed real team spirit for the Easter weekend series of competitions.
On Good Friday brothers Mick and Ian Hardman were joined by Jason Ashworth and Andy Partington in winning the club's Texas Stumble with an aggregate score of 57.6.
In second place was the team of Ian Ready, Gary Nightingale, John Kelly and Paul Boyle with a combined 58.6.
Lady president Margaret Ashworth was successful in the mixed team section as he and Laura Banks, Lee Shaw and Martin Slack won with 59.4.
Ashworth edged out male president Wilf Fozzard, whose team of Pat Capel and Margaret and Alan Birtwell finished on 62.
The winning junior team, with 59, was Nicky Foster, Jamie Harling, Howard Taylor and Joshua Henderson.
On Easter Saturday the club's Accrington Mayoral Qualifier was won by Fed Corson and David Wilcock with 44 points, after a card play-off with Trevor Foster and Karl Smith.
