MONDAY CUP COMPETITION

SEMI-FINALS

IN Group A, Celta Monica went through after beating Welcome Inn and Clarkies Shakers, despite losing to Blackley Juniors.

In Group B, Three Lions went through after winning all three games against Raiders, Magnifico Siete and Rug Head Rovers.

Rusty Nails went through in Group C, after drawing against Fubar, beating AC Visa Versa and winning courtesy of a walk-over when Radcliffe United didn't turn up.

In Group D, Harvey's Taxis went through after beating BCR, Athletico Redvales and winning courtesy of a walk-over when Trigg United failed to show.

In the semi-final, Rusty Nails won 2-1 after a penalty shoot-out against Harvey's Taxis.

Congratulations to Celta Monica who beat Rusty Nails 2-0 in the final.

TUESDAY

IN Division A, leaders Parkfield beat Kiav 2-0, and second-placed AJK Carpets won 3-0 against Untouchables.

Team Bo earned three points when they beat Top Scorers in Pants 5-0, while Zinc Allblacks picked up their points from a walk-over when Cardinal Villa failed to show.

In Division B, Kennedy Kards extended their lead following a 6-0 win against PSV Beedmeister.

In second place, Blue Bell lost 2-0 against Whitefield Rovers, while Rusty Nails lost 5-3 against Blueline City, who beat The Allstars 5-3 in their extra game of the night.

The Allstars also played an extra game against DCFC which they won 3-2.
