THERE has been a great deal of criticism of Bury Council's record on rent collection and arrears.
I would like to congratulate all concerned following the decision of the Best Value Inspectorate to award the authority two stars in that area of their administration. A lot of hard work by a lot of people has gone into achieving this remarkable turnaround.
