FOUR people were seriously injured when a car overturned on Settle Road in Bolton-by-Bowland.
They were cut from the Mitsubishi Shogun by firefighters and taken to Blackburn Royal Infirmary.
Inspector Michael Laraway of Blackburn Police, said: "It is not yet known what happened and we don't know who was driving the car or how they crashed. It would appear that the car just turned over because there are no signs that it crashed into anything."
All four people are now said to be in a stable condition.
