STAFF from Whitegate Nursery School in Padiham have been celebrating their success at achieving Investors In People status.
Headteacher Gill Bell and her colleagues attended a special dinner organised by the Learning and Skills Council Lancashire, which was held at the Dunkenhalgh Hotel in Clayton-le-Moors and attended by organisations and companies from across the county.
The nursery employs eight staff and was recognised in December 2002.
Mrs Bell said: "This has been a great way to celebrate with like-minded organisations. It can be easy to forget to celebrate success."
There are now more tha 1000 Investor in People recognised organisations in Lancashire.
