LAST Saturday's game against Bradford was the last one at home for this season.

It's amazing how fast it's all gone.

Twelve months ago this week we were welcoming new boss Craig Brown to Deepdale, to be followed shortly afterwards by barely known striker Ricardo Fuller, and where would we be now if he hadn't been badly injured at the end of November?

After a good few years of success supporters got very despondent for a while as the team faltered in mid season and the manager came under fire.

To his credit he weathered the storm and, with some astute signings, by the end of the season PNE were once again on the ascendancy. So much so that optimism for next year is high.

It's on now to Norwich this coming Sunday for the last away fixture. Nothing at stake here really so we wonder will a certain Mr Healy be allowed to play? We don't see why not, but on the other hand he hasn't broken any pots down there and has been on the bench recently!

Season ticket prices have been announced this week with a rise of £15 in the Sir Tom Finney stand (£315) and £10 in the Town End/Kop (£260) if purchased by July 1.

Not bad this, considering they were reduced by a similar amount last year.

Good luck to PNE on Sunday at Norwich, we are looking forward to another great day out.
