BOOTHSTOWN actors face a new challenge for their next production.
CINBADS will perform "Alive to Tell the Story" in the round in the Holy Family Scout Hall next month.
The show from May 17-19 takes the audience on a musical journey through the resurrection, looking at the story from the likes of Lazarus, Nicodemus and the Marys among others.
Group spokesman Nick Hardman said: "We are sure the whole performance will speak to even the hardest heart. The musical will appeal to church members but we want to see it used as a tool for bringing friends and neighbours along.
"The content is designed to make people stop and think about a story they perhaps know very well but think doesn't affect them or is relevant today.
"They cannot fail to respond in some way."
