ASTON Villa could be ready to launch a summer bid for midfielder David Dunn.
Rovers received a call yesterday from a third party said to be acting on Villa's behalf enquiring about Dunn's availability.
Birmingham City are also thought to be keen on the former England Under 21 skipper but Graeme Souness is under no pressure to sell.
