A LARGE fire on the outskirts of Blackburn town centre sent plumes of dark smoke into the sky.
The fire was believed to have started in buildings close to Lemmington Road in the Revidge are of the town, near to housing and a church.
The fire service says around 60 firefighters are attempting to control the fire but also says that no people are in danger.
