POLICE called to a disturbance at a house in Ambleside Close, Blackburn, were greeted by a man in a sailor suit.
And when they got inside the house, they were verbally abused by a drunken woman dressed in schoolgirl uniform.
Blackburn magistrates heard that the bizarre scene was the hangover from a fancy dress party which had continued as an all-night drinking session.
Zoe Harrington, 29, of Ambleside Close, admitted a breach of the peace and was bound over in £100 to keep the peace for 12 months.
