A MAN who was banned from communicating with his ex-wife included letters suggesting a reconciliation with money he sent for their children, a court heard.

Blackburn magistrates heard it was the second time David Kealey had breached the order made to protect Vanessa Kealey since it was made in April.

Kealey, 34, of Alison Street, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to breach of the order. He was made subject to a community rehabilitation order for six months.

Julie Reilly, prosecuting, said the order had been imposed for three years for an offence of harassment. She said it banned Kealey from communicating directly or indirectly with his ex-wife except through solicitors.
