FORMER Blackpool boss, Jimmy Mullen, is back in football -- as manager of Welsh outfit, Colwyn Bay. Mullen, who also had a succesful spell as boss of Burnley, will combine his duties at the Unibond League club with coaching the Wales under-19 side, alongside Neville Southall.
