THE seventh annual charity golf day organised by Heap Bridge-based Thompson Jones certainly went with a swing.
The popular event hosted by the business advisers and chartered accountants raised £1,500 which will be donated to Francis House Children's Hospice the the special care baby unit at Fairfield Hospital.
A total of 21 teams, drawn from the business community, took part in the charity activity at Bury Golf Golf Club and enjoyed a great day out.
Claire Downs, events co-ordinator for Thompson Jones said: "We would like to say a huge thank you to all those who took part and supported the day and we hope to see them all again next year."
