A POPULAR local artist will be putting in an appearance at Lancaster's Town House Gallery this weekend - to showcase two new signed limited edition prints.
Chas Jacobs will be on hand at the Market Street Gallery on Saturday to launch 'The Eighteenth' - a scene captured at Lancaster Golf Club - and 'Lancaster Line Out', taken from a rugby game at Royal Lancaster Grammar School.
"I have really enjoyed painting these scenes because they bring together two of my passions, art and sport," says Chas.
He says he will be happy to 'personalise' prints for any customers between 11am and 12.30pm or 2pm and 4pm.
" I enjoy chatting to people and I know that it can make a real difference if a picture is dedicated to someone - especially if it is bought as a gift," he adds.
As well as launching the two new prints, there will also be a rare opportunity to buy a Chas original at the Town House Gallery event - a few originals and special collectors items will also be available.
