LUKE Chadwick has joined Burnley on a season-long loan from Manchester United.
The pacy wide man, who was on loan with Glen Little at Reading last season, took advice from Reds boss Sir Alex Ferguson before opting for a spell at Turf Moor.
The 22-year-old, who made five appearances for United last term, said: "I'm delighted to come to Burnley.
"Alex Ferguson spoke very highly of the club and said Stan (Ternent) was a great manager and I would enjoy my time here.
"It's a great chance for me and you never know what might come of it."
