Dr David MacDonald is inviting local people to join a demonstration against the slaughter of innocents in Israel and Palestine being staged at 2pm on July 12 in Manchester's Albert Square.
Greater Manchester Stop the War Coalition wants demonstrators to take along boxes, glue, pens and paint to erect a cardboard wall to highlight the wall of separation under construction.
The event is supported by Jews for Justice for Palestine and the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, the Islamic Society and CND among many other groups.
