HTHE Local Network Fund is an organisation that aims to help disadvantaged children by investing in community projects and voluntary children's groups.
In the past 12 months the Fund for Children and Young People has awarded over £112,000 in grants to projects in the Leigh area. Groups can apply for funding under one of four themes: projects that give children aspirations and experiences; projects that help economically disadvantaged families, help isolated children or give children and young people the chance to express their opinions.
