A ROW over visiting rights got an angry dad arrested at his former partner's home, Burnley Magistrates heard.
The court was told that Christian Pollard, 28, was upset over access to his baby son.
The defendant, of Springfield Road, Burnley, admitted threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. He was fined £100, with £55 costs.
Andy Robinson, prosecuting, told the court police were called to the Burnley home of the defendant's ex-girlfriend following complaints that Pollard had been shouting and swearing. After being told to stop swearing he continued and was arrested.
Nick Dearing, defending, said Pollard had learned any claim he had over the little boy was effectively nil because he and the child's mother had not been married. He struggled to get access and found it frustrating.
