RIBBLE Valley MP Nigel Evans showed he has a refined taste for real ale as a judge at the Great British Beer Festival.
Mr Evans chose the Champion beer 2003, 'Bitter & Twisted' by Scottish brewery Harviestoun, in the festival at London Olympia.
As well as judging, the shadow cabinet member also enjoyed a swift pint of Thwaites Thoroughbred at the Blackburn-brewery's exhibition stall.
