MARK Patterson will name an unchanged 11 on Wednesday night as he takes his RMI side to Accrington Stanley.

The Railwaymen are looking to add the scalp of the Conference new boys to their shock opening day defeat of Dagenham and Redbridge.

"We did well from one to 11 on Saturday," said the manager. "We've got Paul Shepherd and goalkeeper Ian Martin available, as well as Wayne Maden, who was suspended at the weekend. But the players did a job for me on Saturday and there's no reason why they can't do that again."

It might be a very different type of match but we can mix it with the best of them and I'm sure it will be a good game."

Stanley kicked off their campaign with a 2-1 defeat at fellow promoted club Aldershot in Sunday's televised match, as a result of which this match was delayed by 24 hours.

And Leigh have a good record at the recently renamed Interlink Express Stadium, the scene of last year's Lancashire Marsden Trophy win, and also a 2-1 league victory back in the Unibond days of April 1999.

Tony Black was the RMI goalscoring hero on that occasion, but now Leigh have a healthier competition for striking places. Lone star Neil Robinson impressed alongside the outstanding David McNiven against Dagenham, and will be looking for a repeat performance of their lethal partnership in front of an expected crowd of 3,000 tonight.
