BARNOLDSWICK will continue to buzz this this weekend with three more events in the town's festival programme.

A group from Barnoldswick Baptist Church, in Manchester Road, will build more bugs on Saturday and anyone can join in.

They will transform recycled bottles and waste plastic into flying creatures at a Bug-Builders Workshop, between 10.30am and 3pm.

The bugs are due to be snared by a giant spider's web for the sculpture trail through the town on September 20 and 21.

A family fun day will then follow organised by the Buggy Club, a Barnoldswick toddler group, between 10.30am and 3pm, at the Majestic Christian Centre, in Albert Road.

A professional art advice and prizes will be on offer at a water colour challenge on Sunday. The town square will be the venue for aspiring artists, who will be advised on their work by watercolour expert Donald Holden.

The free event is open to people of all ages and artists equipment and materials will be provided for 10 to 13 year olds through the West Cravens Active Futures programme.
