A MOTHER-OF-TWO caught weaving all over the road in the early hours was well over the drink-drive limit, magistrates heard.
The court was told how sewing machinist Andrea Riley, 34, hit the kerb and drove over the pavement before pulling up at a crematorium. A breath test recorded 85 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of her breath - the legal limit is 35.
Riley, of Oswald Street, Accrington, admitted driving with excess alcohol on Accrington Road, Burnley. She was fined £300 with £55 costs and banned for two years by Burnley magistrates.
Andy Robinson, prosecuting, told the court the defendant clocked up speeds of between 60 and 70mph on a 40mph stretch.
She was stopped by police. Riley failed to halt initially, but then pulled into the drive of Burnley Crematorium.
Nick Dearing, defending, said Riley denied driving at the speed alleged but had got behind the wheel after a row with her partner.
