ROVERS striker Paul Gallagher has been called up to the Scottish under 21 squad that will face Norway's under 21s in Ahlen, Norway next Tuesday.
It will be the second time that Rainer Bonhof, the Scottish under 21 manager has included the young Rovers striker in the Scotland squad.
'Gally' featured as a, late substitute back in June when Scotland drew 2-2 with Germany at Kilmarnock.
Tugay has been called up by Turkey for their friendly against Moldova in Ankara next Wednesday.
Steven Reid will come face to face with Brett Emerton and Lucas Neill when the Republic of Ireland take on Australia at Lansdowne Road on the same night.
