FYLDE RUFC are continuing to strengthen their squad with yet more new signings in the run up to the season.
Martin Gambles, a utility player who is currently finishing his contract with Chorley Lynx RLFC, is expected to join shortly.
A former Wigan junior, Gambles has also played for Salford City Red and Gateshead Thunder. The pacy 22-year-old has played most of his rugby league as a scrum half, but may be used in other positions at Fylde.
Former Manchester and Orrell prop, Neil Hilton, has also joined. He can perform at either tight or loose head.
They join Cumbria skipper, fly half Mike Scott, from Kendal, former rugby league utility back Karl Long, another cross code man, flanker Paul Bamber and Emmett Wallace, a back row forward with experience in the All Ireland League with Terenure College. Back Ben Godfrey also returns from Fleetwood after twice finishing as Fylde's leading scorer in recent years.
